ebiquity matrix reloaded

Tim Finin, 10:55pm 26 January 2006

The six ebiquity Matrix servers (neo, morpheus, logos, etc.) are currently offline as they are being moved from their temporary home in the ITE cybersecurity lab to our rack in the main machine room in the ECS building next door. The ECS machine room is a better home for them as it’s a more controlled environment with robust power loss protection. We expect to have them back online sometime late Friday afternoon.

Yesterday we attempted to reach the machine city (ECS server room), logos has already reached the outer borders (sitting just outside the racks) - will neo and trinity mange to overcome the machines? Will Zion be saved? Stay tuned as the Matrix saga continues - we shall keep you updated!!

  2. Harry Chen Says:

I hope history won’t repeat itself. In the “real” Matrix, at the end, Trinity die to save Neo. :-)

  3. Pranam Kolari Says:

All machines survived. Infact, Trinity is doing great.

  4. Tim Finin Says:

Neo had some problems, but it turned out that the power cord wasn’t securely plugged in and had come out.
