I've found godaddy abuse staff to be very difficult to deal with. They will reject abuse complaints for all sort of reasons, usually by playing "not my department". Also you should read Godaddy's policy on sueing the spammers who use their private domain service. You have to PAY godaddy to get the real contact info. Also even if you manged to prove to godaddy that their client is spamming, it is goaddy policy to just fine spammers and let them go on spamming. Godaddy is black hate.
