EBB is the ebiquity research group\\\'s blog at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). We focus on technologies that facilitate the design, implementation and control of distributed, intelligent information systems -- mobile and pervasive computing, ad hoc networking, multiagent systems, knowledge representation and reasoning, and the semantic web. As the tides of technology ebb and flow, we hope the good ideas wash up on our beach and the bad ones drift back out to sea.

I would like to contest that they are trying to cram a single term of computer science differently than they do foreign langauge and Humanities. They also do not provide any background for computer programming which makes it more difficult under time and class constraints in high schools which computer science does not fall under, such as AP Langauge and English or AP Calculus and Math.

Air travel has become a major part of our society, with industries and individuals depending on air transport for their livelihood. But have you ever wondered what happens to the artifacts of our airborne culture when they're no longer needed? More..
