Framework for an Integrated Lifecycle of Services on the Cloud

Virtualized Service models are now emerging and redefining the way Information technology is delivered to end users. Current research is focused on specific issues of Virtualized Services like Service Discovery, composition etc. In this talk I will review the existing research that is being conducted in this new field, especially in developing Service methodology and measuring service quality. I will also present the initial work that I have done in developing the Service lifecycle methodology and the framework for measuring service quality.
