  <description><![CDATA[Swoogle is a crawler-based indexing and retrieval system the semantic web -- i.e., RDF or OWL documents.  The documents are indexed using SIRE, an ngram based information retrieval system which can return documents matching a user's query or compute the similarity among a set of documents.  Swoogle is able to reason about the documents it discovers and compute useful metadata properties about them.
