He graduated from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge with Ph.D. in Computer Science (Distributed Computing) in 1996. Prior to IBM Research, he worked for Netscape Communications. His research interests include mobile and pervasive computing as well as information mining and retrieval, especially applied to Telecom service provider settings. His other interests include applications of graph theory in various domains, theory and modelling of distributed systems, and lately -- ontologies. | |
