Biography: Ian Dickinson is a Senior Research Engineer at HP Labs, Bristol, UK. He is currently a member of the Jena development team, with a particular responsibility for the ontology API. His research interests include software agent platforms, user-agent interaction, and agents for the semantic web. Ian is also a PhD candidate at the University of Liverpool, under the supervision of Prof. Mike Wooldridge.
