Kostas Kalpakis is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He teaches courses in algorithms, databases, and operating systems. Currently, Kalpakis is doing research in replication, software systems architectures, indexing, query processing, mining, resource management, and scheduling for federated multimedia systems.
