Biography:
Research and software development in the application of artificial intelligence, web technology, and middleware technology to various domains. Most recent domains include complex resource allocation problems, planning problems, biological experimental data collection & analysis, and space data resource access. Recently started looking at resource identification & selection for collaborations spanning physical and virtual worlds

Part-time PhD student at UMBC. Research interests include real-time and time-constrained planning; hierarchical / distributed resource allocation and planning; and multi-agent systems.
