UMBC ebiquity research group Building intelligent systems in open, heterogeneous, dynamic, distributed environments

Status: Past project

Project Description:
Finding good feeds is getting harder as the Blogosphere grows. We analyze the Bloglines public feed subscriptions and describe techniques to induce an intuitive set of feed topics. The FTM! prototype service uses a ranked list of the "feeds that matter" for each topic to allow users to browse the catalog and subscribe to interesting feeds.
