Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment analysis is an established field with a wealth of prior work and many new and interesting lines of research. During my summer at APL and continuing into the semester I've investigate a host of applicable new techniques: I've explored the theory that sentiment is a relationship between two entities (held by one about the other), novel featurizations of the data, and ways to bootstrap training data to improve results.
