Harry Chen defends dissertation

Harry (Lik) Chen successfully defended his dissertation on An Intelligent Broker Architecture for Pervasive Context-Aware Systems . Dr. Chen has joined Image Matters LLC, a Leesburg VA company specializing in Semantic Web, Internet, geospatial, wireless and sensor technologies.
