Graduated in October 2019

Ankur Padia was a PhD student at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and received his Ph.D. in October 2019. His research interests are in language understanding, machine learning, information extraction, and knowledge representation. He has done research internships at GE Global Research, Xerox Research Center, Nuance and RedShred LLC. He is currently a research scientist at Philips Research Americas in Cambridge MA and can be reached at ankur.padia@philips.com.
