Dr. Madan Oberoi is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (2010-2011) in the area of "Cyber Security", under Fulbright Scholarship Program at Evans School of Public Affairs, University of Washington, Seattle, WA. Dr. Oberoi is on a study leave from India, where he works as the Deputy Inspector General, Head of Anti-Corruption Branch, Central Bureau of Investigation, Government of India. Dr. Oberoi holds a PhD in e-commerce and Cyber Crime from IIT Delhi.
